Membership cards
Existing members from the season 2012/2013 who are renewing a membership will not receive new members cards and should use the card provided last season.
If your card from the season 2012/2013 has been lost then you will need to contact us to arrange a new one at the cost of £10.
New members for season 2013/2014 that have purchased prior to 1s t July 2013 will have their cards sent out from the 1st July 2013.
Any new member purchases after this date will have card’s sent out within 28 days from purchase date.
If after this period you still haven’t received your card ,please contact us back.
Magazines
All magazines if applicable will be sent out around the second week of the month.
If the second week has passed when you have purchased your membership your magazine will be sent out the within the second week of the next month.
Membership Packs
If applicable to your tier of membership, your membership pack will be sent out from October 2013 onwards.
Activation of Membership
Memberships will become take a minimum of 48 hours to become active from purchase.
Chelsea TV Online Activation
If applicable your activation login details should get sent to your registered email address within 72 hours of purchase.
If after this time it hasn’t reached your email address then please email
customerservices@performgroup.comYou will only need the tickets to enter the stadium.
You will need the membership cards if you need to go to the box office for anything.
